Recommendations about therapy services are unique to the needs of each individual and will be given at the end of our Intake session (90 min). This varies for each individual.

Telehealth appointments for both individual therapy or group/support services are available to residents of Florida and Utah.

Support groups (non-therapy) are available to residents in any state of the US.

Q: Where do you offer services?

I offer in-person therapy appointments at my office in Boca Raton or telehealth appointments available. You will receive an appointment reminder email with details about your appointment when you book the appointment and a reminder day-of with your session link for telehealth appointments.

Q: What should I expect at my first visit?

My intake session is 90 minutes.

For children/adolescents: First 30 minutes will be spent talking to parents/guardians with the child/adolescent in the room and the remaining 45 minutes are spent with the child/adolescent one-on-one. During this appointment, we will start building a connection and assessing if we are a good fit. The last 15 minutes, I invite the parents/guardians back into the session to give my recommendations and create a schedule moving forward.

For adults: 90 minute appointment to assess if we are a good fit, get an understanding of your needs, and give recommendations for services and scheduling.

Q: Is your office wheelchair accessible?

An elevator is available in our building to reach my third floor office. Wheelchair access is available at the front door with a ramp.
